Retrieve of All/Package requires user to switch to Selected, click Refresh, and switch back

This was reported by Torsten Rost via support email. Basically he was getting no results on retrieve when using All/Package until he switch to Selected, clicked Retrieve, and switched back. That shouldn't be necessary.

I'm pretty sure this has been resolved with the recent retrieve/deploy enhancements.
