Allow for a dialog to facilitate the creation of objects in a Salesforce DX project

Resolving based on the assumption that this implies a full SObject editor in the IDE. If the request is for a File | New | SObject action that stubs a CustomObject XML file under the objects directory, that has been requested in another enhancement that's stil on my list (though I'm not finding it at a glance).
