Add .gitignore file to folder IlluminatedCloud to exclude all files

Folder IlluminatedCloud should contain .gitignore file to exclude all files.
I have several project, where i’m not allowed to modify .gitignore file in top directory, or that file is auto generated by internal systems.

    Issue tracker grooming. The IDE's own Git plugin already supports simple creation and maintenance of .gitignore files.
