Reopen closed anonymous Apex/SOQL tab

Opening on behalf of Jurgis Salna while Bitbucket’s pulic issue trackers are recovering from a spam attack:

I use these snippets a lot and over time one accumulates few quite useful ones. It's easy to get lost on what's focused in IDE and hence you can accidentally close useful content via cmd+w.

IMO there can be few solutions:

1. Save snippets as scratch files - I think my favourite option
2. Show confirmation before closing
3. Allow reopen similarly how tabs are reopened in browsers (cmd+shift+t)

Delivered in 2.2.6.0 as confirmations when closing tabs that would result in a loss of content.
