Summer '23 / API v58.0 updates

Placeholder for all changes required for the Salesforce Summer '23 / API v58.0 release, currently scheduled to be available in all orgs on June 10, 2023. The corresponding IC2 release will be available the following Monday, June 12, 2023.

If there is interest, I can make a build available here before that date that minimally uses the v58.0 SOAP and REST APIs and likely also includes other enhancements/changes corresponding to updates in that platform release. Note that such a build will only work against orgs that have already been updated to Summer '23 as Spring '23 orgs will not have those API endpoints available until they are updated.
