Refactor of LWC Components

Hi Scott,

‌ I trust all is well on your send ,would it be possible to enhance the refactoring in IC to allow for the complete rename of LWC components, at present, if once chooses a LWC component and selects refactor, then there are still component references where the name is renamed to the c-my-component-name paradigm.
