Winter '24 / API v59.0 updates

Placeholder for work required to update IC2 for changes in Winter ‘24 / API v59.0. As usual, an official release with these changes will be made available the Monday after Winter ‘24 is available in all Salesforce orgs, so October 16 based on the current schedule. If there’s an interest, an early build can be made available here for those already on Winter '24, but note that such a build will only work with Winter '24 orgs, and it may not be feature-complete with regard to Winter '24 changes/enhancements until the official build.

Hi @Scott Wells I would like to try winter 24 build. As I am waiting to do a POC on dynamic LWC.

Do let me know what is required from my end to get this build.

BTW : Awesome plugin, have been using for past 4 - 5 years now.
