Retrieving all metadata results in error

Hi,

When retrieving all metadata from a specific Org I get the following error:

UNKNOWN_EXCEPTION: An unexpected error occurred. Please include this ErrorId if you contact support: 1346469402-20479 (-673032061)

It looks like it stops at the step "Retrieving archive".

I have tried downgrading to a lower API version from 59 all the way down to version 53. Getting the same error for each version.

Hi. The error you're getting is an internal server error on the Salesforce side, often called a GACK. There's not really anything IC2 can do to work around it automatically, but generally GACKs on metadata retrieval are caused by one or more requested metadata types/objects in the request payload. Your best bet is to try to adjust your retrieval request to include less to try to isolate the problemmatic metadata.
