Unable to Deploy metadata upon Save

IDE - IntelliJ IDEA 2023.2.5 (Community Edition)
SFDX - @salesforce/cli/2.16.10 win32-x64 node-v18.18.2

Despite having the settings enabled I am unable deploy any metadata to the org. I have reinstalled the IDE and the plugin but still not working.

Nothing seems to be working, even the Generate Offline Symbol Table

I’m not at my workstation and won’t be for some time, but my guess is that your project is not configured properly. Please take a look at the user guide topics on project creation and make sure that you’re creating your project using one of the documented paths:

If you know that you have a proper project, please attach or email your project’s .iml file and your .idea.log file (Help | Show Log in Explorer/Finder/Files) for review. Note that it will probably be tomorrow before I’ll be able to review those, though.
