Hover popup on picklist values shown incorrectly

When hovering over the picklist it shows the picklist values. But it shows active = false for the active picklist values as follows

Thanks for logging. It appears that at some point the API stopped returning a value for isActive when a picklist value is active, and IC2 has been interpreting null as inactive. I've committed a fix for that for the next build.
