Specifying package.xml during new project doesn't set package.xml

When creating a new project if you select to specify the path to a package.xml the path is left blank after selecting the file from the file explorer.
When you then go to retrieve metadata the list is blank. Navigating into module settings and setting the package.xml after the project has been created works and then things behave as expected.
Some other details: We have users that experience the issue on Mac and PC. The package.xml is in the /src directory.

Thanks for the report, Derek. I'll look at this shortly. I'm already putting together another small release with some additional enhancements, so I'll see if I can just squeeze this in as well assuming it's as simple as I suspect it is.
