Update to 2.3.0.0 license issues

After updating WebStorm (v2023.3.4) and Illuminated Cloud 2 (v2.3.0.0) when opening project attached error pops up. Project is loading and nothing can be done. License for IntelliJ and Illuminated Cloud is active.

    Hi. Nothing has changed with the bundled licensing software since March 20, 2023, so my guess based on the error message is that something has changed on the IT security side.

    You can try a full uninstall/reinstall of WebStorm and the IC2 plugin just to see if it's something from doing an in-place upgrade of both, but given the error message, my guess is that you're doing to see the same issue after doing so. Assuming that's the case, I would recommend consulting with your IT department to see what's changed recently that might cause that type of error. If they need to know why a native DLL is being loaded for IC2, please have them reach out to me and I'll be happy to provide specifics.
