OAuth option 'Other' does not allow Url input under Linux

Hi Scott,

I've been playing with WSL2 (Debian) on Windows 11 this weekend.

• After a bit of fiddling, I got scaling to work so that IntelliJ for Linux and Windows look quite alike
• I symlinked ~/IdeaProjects to /mnt/c/Users/%username%/IdeaProjects
• I managed to copy my Windows SFDX connections to Linux (and intend to keep a master/slave setup)

Some early observations:

• OAuth option 'Other' does not allow Url input under Linux
