Can specify source org ID although there's no Org Shape defined

Hi Scott,

I’ve noticed that in Create Scratch Org, the Source Org field can be populated even if there is no Org Shape defined for the selected dev hub. One gets an error alright, but should the field maybe be greyed out unless there is an Org Shape defined? OTOH, querying the org shape list seems to be somewhat time consuming, so there could be a performance impact.

Yep, you hit the core issue. Querying org shapes is non-trivial, and for the vast majority of folks who aren't using it, it's an unnecessary performance and usability hit when trying to create a scratch org. Planning to keep this one a reactive vs. proactive check.
