UI deadlock on startup with latest release

Just updated to the new release and restarted with 2 projects opened (one IC2, one java) and the UI freezes attempting to retrieve the org list (due to a cache being missing).

Running sf org list in a terminal window works fine

Workaround seems to be

1. Force quit
2. Delete IC2 from plugins folder
3. Open IDE
4. Close projects
5. re-install IDE
6. restart
7. open SF project

Thanks for filing and sorry for the issue. I didn't see it in any of my upgrade testing, but based on the attached thread dump (thanks again), I can see how it might happen when multiple projects are reopened immediately after this specific update. I've issued a hotfix build, 2.3.0.7, with a prospective fix/workaround for that possible issue, "prospective" because even after trying to recreate the scenario observed in the thread dump, it never occurred for me on any of my test environments. Hopefully this will take care of it for anyone else who might have experienced it, though.
