Connection status bar widget missing when no Salesforce CLI is registered with IC2

Scott Wells repo owner created an issue

A user reported an issue with the most recently builds and I think I’ve isolated it to him not having the Salesforce CLI registered with IC2 at all. Using this to track the issue and to provide a test build to confirm that theory.

    Please download (but don't extract) this build and install it using Settings | Plugins | Install plugin from disk (under the gear drop-down menu). Then restart the IDE and let me know if that doesn't make things right for you.

    Yep, that was it. I’ll leave this build here for anyone else who hits the same issue, and I’ll plan to include the fix in next week’s official build (unless too many people are hitting this problem in which case I’ll issue a hotfix sooner than that).
