Time literal on the SOQL query editor

I observe issue like #2283, when using time literal on the query. Query executed successfully but warning message shown “The SOQL query does not appear valid. Would you still like to execute it?“

    Thanks for reporting. It was just an oversight in the Apex parser for time (vs. date and date/time) literals in SOQL. I've just committed a fix for the next build.
