"Access is allowed from Event Dispatch Thread (EDT) only" error when pushing/pulling immediately after opening project

A user reported this issue and, while I haven’t reproduced it locally, I can see how it might have happened and what should be required to address it. I’ll provide a pre-release test build here for the user to confirm the fix.

Please download (but don’t extract) the attached build, then install it using Settings | Plugins | Install plugin from disk (under the gear drop-down menu). After the IDE restarts, please try to reproduce the issue and let me know whether it’s still present or resolved.
