License activation fails due to network adapters

Helping another user with this issue and the standard measures haven’t yet resolved it. Using this issue to provide access to a test build with an updated version of the licensing software.

Upgrading the Dell monitor/dock drivers did the trick for the user.

Please download (but don't extract) the attached archive and install it using Settings | Plugins | Install plugin from disk (under the gear drop-down menu). Then restart and see whether or not you can activate your license.
