Any chance that we can remove some of the deprecated scratch org feature flags and update them with the current ones?

Hi, John. I'm not aware of any missing scratch org features. Each seasonal platform release I make sure that all listed here are incorporated:

There are a few others that aren't listed there, typically those that are for other products' features, e,g., PublishAuraExpBuilderBasedSna and PublishExpBuilderBasedSna for Experience Cloud that I only learned about via another user and this thread:

As for superseded features, I'm always a little hesitant to remove them until/unless I know 100% that they're invalid because, the the past, I've had some users who have remained on older versions of the CLI/API where some removed feature still works and it breaks them. I'm not opposed to removing features that are truly noise, but it's sometimes difficult to discern which are and which are not.
