Enhancement: allow rearranging tabs in tool windows

I have some saved SOQL and Anonymous Apex tabs that are always available in the IDE. It would be nice if I could rearrange them in a specific order

Yeah, this is something I've wanted as well. I've been meaning to investigate whether drag-and-drop reordering of tabs is something supported for tool window tabs or if I'd need to create my own reordering mechanism. Thanks for logging so it's firmly on my radar.
