Test methods not added to run configuration

I noticed strange behaviour. When I add a test method to run configuration, click 'OK', and open the same configuration again to verify, method is missing. This happens when test class has one test method. But when I click to class checkbox with 1 method, it works.

I'm pretty sure I fixed this while working on the offline debugger. I'm unable to reproduce it now. Please feel free to reopen if you still find it to be reproducible.
