Allow deployment to a different sandbox

Due to often very slow outbound changeset functionality within sandboxes i wanted to know if it is possible to be able to select files to be deployed to a different sandbox, or even be able to sync files or see differences between said orgs.

I didn't find any issue that matched this request so i decided to create one

You can actually do this today. Just set up another connection to the sandbox and, in the bulk deployment/retrieval/delete screens, you can select the alternate connection for the operation. Please let me know if this isn't what you're wanting.

I'm going to resolve this for now based on current functionality, but please feel free to let me know if you're asking for something different.
