Add "Open Files" context for deploy/retrieve/delete

there's a request for an "Open Files" context option in the deployment/retrieval/etc. dialog.

    Issue tracker grooming. It's already possible to create a selection from the version control tool window and then use Context to deploy/retrieve only those files.
