Code coverage suite with no connection name

Scott Wells repo owner created an issue

I've been working with Niv Goldenberg on an issue where code coverage is not displayed because apparently a suite is being created without a connection name (based on logs provided by Niv). I'm creating this issue to help track diagnosis of the underlying issue.

    Niv, please enable debug logging using Help>Debug Log Settings:

    #com.illuminatedcloud.intellij.coverage.ApexCoverageSuite

    reproduce the issue, and send me the resulting idea.log.

    I believe that Niv was able to get this working today. I'm going to resolve this issue and will reopen if it turns out that there are still problems.
