Getting "Operation timed out" on some orgs after last update

As title says, I'm unable to save any changes on some orgs after last plugin update. Downloading changes works, but I have to often run it multiple times to get it through. Orgs didn't change to custom domain and was working normally last week.

On some other orgs everything works fine.

I can send you log files privately if needed.

    Matej, please send me logs if you don't mind. You can email them to "support at illuminatedcloud dot com". I'm not aware of anything that would have changed in IC that would have caused timeouts. I think that Salesforce did a small release over the weekend. I wonder if that might be related.
