Streamline new project creation

Scott Wells repo owner created an issue

Two improvements to make here:

  1. Change the default metadata subscription to Selected with a rational default selection, e.g., ApexClass, ApexTrigger, ApexPage, ApexComponent, AuraDefinitionBundle, and StaticResource (perhaps also custom SObjects).
  2. Enable parallel OST processing by default.
