Add Create Class/Trigger/Page/Component to src folder context menu

This is a minor usability thing, but if you start a brand new project you won't have the classes/triggers/pages/components folders in your project, so it looks like you can't add new code files. It wasn't immediately obvious to me that I needed to manually add the folders first.
Ideally any code file that you can add through the context menu should also be addable through the src context menu, and it would automatically create the folder if needed.

I still don't see this option, I'm on v 1.0.6. Am I missing something?

I create Apex Class and press ctrl+s, plugin 'say' that all is ok, but there is no this class on the server. What is the problem?

Also I can't retrieve metadata from the server.
