Allow "cast" as a valid identifier name

As reported by a user, currently the Apex parser doesn't recognize cast as a valid identifier even though Salesforce allows it. Technically cast is a keyword reserved for future use, but just as with other keywords in Apex, current and future, it's also valid to use it as an identifier.

I've already fixed this locally and will include it in the next release.
