Line-level code coverage not displaying when same class exists in OST

Issue #429 resolved
Scott Wells repo owner created an issue

When a class is rendered into the OST and also exists in the local source directory, code coverage is not displayed for that class.

    The problem is no longer occurring with just a change to logging. I can't explain that, but I also can't debug it. Leaving the enhanced logging in place so that if/when the problem does recur, a usable diagnostic log can be produced the understand it.
