metadata are not merged if src folder is symlink

I have src folder as symlink to another dir.
When retrieve metadata, it always show that src folder is empty.

Fix submitted for delivery in 1.7.5.2. Basically IntelliJ IDEA's directory diff tool does not automatically resolve symbolic links, so I've updated Illuminated Cloud to do so before launching the tool.

Interesting. This is definitely a scenario I haven't tried. I'll set it up on my Linux or Mac environment and see if I can figure out what's going on. Thanks for reporting!
