Save Run Configurations back to Apex Test Suites
With Winter '17, we can now deploy apex test suites across orgs. It would be nice if a run configuration set up to run unit tests in IC created a test suite (or had an option to do so, similar to the "share" option) in Salesforce. This makes it easier for us to share the test suites with others who may not be using IC (like our clients0.

repo owner Hi, Nathen! Good to hear from you. Yeah, I'd been thinking about exactly this for a while. It makes total sense to be able to integrate IntelliJ run configs with test suites. I'm not sure when I'll get a chance to implement that given my current backlog, but it definitely makes sense to add it. Thanks for logging the idea!

I've had a bottle of whiskey offered as incentive to take a look at this sooner rather than later, so perhaps I'll do just that...

repo owner Partially addressed in 1.8.0.4. You can execute
.testSuite
files directly from within IntelliJ IDEA/IC now. Keeping this enhancement request open for the part that was actually requested by Nathen, though. -

Resolving due to lack of activity, but if there's still a concrete interest in this, please feel free to reopen so that I'm made aware of that interest.
