Put Test/Anonymous log into new window

Currently when running through the debug log, the space is quite restricted.

Even if undocking the Test panel, and floating it onto a new screen, realestate is lost.

Optimally I'd like to have a button similar to "Open Raw Log" in Debug Console, which will throw the content into a new text file.

if some customisation is available for the log, such as contextual highlighting for enter/exit/debug messages and a checkbox for "debug only" that would be incredible also.

Issue tracker grooming. With options to maximize the log view, save logs as local files, etc., this should be addressed.
