Template headers with same name don't allow editing

Today I was trying to edit a template header (the Apex File Header) and the attached error popped up.

Thanks for logging this, Javier. It seems that uniqueness is based on the template name without regard for the extension. I'll update the out-of-the-box templates to include a file type aspect in the template name.

Fix delivered in 1.7.9.2. Note that if you have custom Lightning file templates using the old include names, you'll need to update those to use the new unambiguous include names.
