Allow Document and PushTopic Objects to be Subscribed To

In order to retrieve Document and PushTopic object permissions within Profiles and Permission Sets, allow these 2 objects to be selected in the metadata subscriptions within the Configure Module... and Retrieve Metadata... dialog boxes.
