Can't Select SObject when creating a new trigger

When I attempt to create a new trigger from the src folder or trigger folder I don't see any SObjects in the drop down so I am unable to create the trigger.

Right now it's listing SObjects that you have locally in your Offline Symbol Table. Have you generated the OST? If so, would you mind rebuilding caches and indices from the connection settings screen?
