Testing a connection with invalid creds sometimes bricks the IDE

I've seen this happen often enough where I thought I should report it: If you go to create a new connection and you enter an invalid username, password or security token and then click the "Test" button, you will get an error indicating the creds are invalid, but then the IDE completely bricks. You can't close the connection dialog, or do anything else in the IDE. Your only option is to kill it with Task Manager. This is on Windows 10. It appears to be an intermittent problem.

Tom, thanks for reporting. Definitely don't ever hesitate to report something like this even if it's infrequent. If you're hitting it infrequently, others are, too, and if you're hitting it frequently as with this one, it's probably irritating the crap out of plenty of folks! I'll look into this. Hopefully it'll be easy to reproduce and fix, but I'll let you know if I have any trouble with it.
