Ctrl-s no longer works

I'm running IC 1.8.0.0 and IntelliJ 2017.2.3 on Linux.

With my workflow right now, I have the "Override Save All" option turned on, but all the other options turned off under the Behavior section of the Validation and Deployment settings. What this all means is, I make changes to a file, hit ctrl-s, and that file (and only that file) gets pushed up to SFDC. This is no longer working.

Other methods of saving do work (Force Save + its keybind, Deploy Modified Metadata + its keybind).

This was working just fine a few days ago, but both IntelliJ and IC have updated since then, and I'm not sure which update was responsible. I tried changing the settings, saving, then changing them back, but to no avail.

Kirk, I fixed a bug in the latest release around Override Save All action and Deploy on Save. Previously if you had the former enabled, the latter was ignored. With the latest update, the latter is respected regardless of how other things are configured. Please let me know whether enabling Deploy on Save doesn't resolve the issue for you.
