Exclude Custom Settings from List View Metadata Listing on Retrieve

Custom Settings don't support list views via Metadata API. Selecting their list views to retrieve won't actually bring anything down.

If IC can filter out custom setting objects when it's listing list views then this may eliminate some confusion when you have it checked but nothing is actually being retrieved to your machine.
