Create project from existing DX Source

Hi:

I have already synced my code, setup DevHub org, created scratch org. Now I want to just create new project from this source code and I can't seem to figure out how.

I created new project and used existing directory. But I get following error and no files are displayed.

Invalid configuration for module 'FSCDW_SFDX' Module 'FSCDW_SFDX': The following must be configured properly: module must have a configured connection

That should work. You do need to click the Resolve link in that popup to complete the project creation. I believe I covered this use case in the following video:

Go to about 1m50s into the video and you should see how to complete the creation.
