Salesforce DX version 41.3.0+ support

Hi Scott, I am not sure whether we as users need your extra help on IC to use all new features of the new DX 41.3.0+.

Peter, are you hitting any issues using IC with the latest version of sfdx? I've been using it all day while testing the Winter '18 update for IC and haven't had any issues. I do know that if you're on an older version of the CLI you have to fully uninstall and reinstall in order to update.

I'm resolving this for now since it doesn't appear that there are issues, but if you do have specific issues with IC+sfdx 41.3.0, please provide the details of those issues and I'll address them.

No. I do not have any issue with IC+sfdx 41.3.0.

Okay, good to know! So I can't guarantee that there aren't any issues, but I haven't seen any while testing today on the new IC build that I'll be releasing in the morning for Winter '18/API v41.0. I've run through SFDX project creation, scratch org management, push/pull, etc., and it all worked just fine. Don't hesitate to let me know if you do hit any issues after updating to the new version of IC tomorrow, though! Thanks for keeping these things firmly on my radar, Peter!
