Can not retrieve metadata(new pages for existing project)

HI.
As I say in the title.
Steps to reproduce: 1 .select project 2 Right click - illuminated cloud-retrieve metadata 3 Check only Server Only checkbox 4 New pages are visible but checkboxes are gray - no way to select required items

Thank you for your response but it does not work both ways.
I get Retrieval Complete: Retrieved 0 components from xxx in 5s 664ms with status SUCCEEDED.

Do you mind adding the following to Help>Debug Log Settings and repeating the operation so I can see a detailed debug log of what it's retrieving:

Thanks! I noticed that you're on an older version (1.8.0.4). Would you mind updating to the latest (1.8.1.1) to see if the problem is resolved? I believe I addressed this about 4-5 builds back. You should be able to update using Help>Check for updates.

Tetiana, change the Contents drop-down to Custom and you can perform a custom selection. However, what you probably want to do is click the pencil icon to the right of Contents and edit your metadata subscription. Assuming you're using a Selected subscription, click the Refresh toolbar button, check anything you want to add to your subscription, and when you click OK, the retrieval dialog should be updated to include those items for retrieval.
