DX Project - Log Viewer default to classic connection - Prompts for password change

While in a DX project connected to a scratch org, upon first opening, click the Log Viewer tab

The log viewer will open but the default connection will be the first connection in the Classic connections list. In my case that org needs the password reset so i get a bunch of pop ups to try and get me to change the password.

Once I manually select the project connection it is fine for a while.

For SFDX the connection should be defaulted to the DX connection

Eric, I'm not seeing that behavior. I just opened an SFDX project, clicked on the Log Viewer tool window, and it defaulted to the scratch org connection for that project. Are you following slightly different steps when this happens? Are there any errors in your log when it happens?

@scottwells Well you/Jet brains must have fixed it in the last few weeks because it has been going on since beginning of the year or so.....

I will update if I see it again. I could not replicate it today....Then again I know it happened when the auth expired or something.

I can replicate it if the scratch org is not set or if it has expired
