Refreshing metadat of aura bundle retrieves new parts

E.g. I creat Lightning cmp, then somebody else creates js controller for that. After I click refresh metadata It would be great for me to IC download newly created JS controller.

Switching to a bug. A refresh operation should pull the latest server version of metadata you already have. For Lightning, that occurs at the bundle-level, not the bundle file-level. As a result, a refresh should pick up new bundle files for bundles you already have. I'll take a look and see why that's not happening.
