New Lightning Components not available immediately in intellisense

After I create a new Lightning Component, then switch to another Lightning Component to add it to, it doesn't show up in "intellisense" (code suggestions) until I restart the IDE.

Using SFDX project IntelliJ IDEA 2017.3.2 (Community Edition) Mac OS X 10.13.2

This should have been fixed in 2.0.9.6. Please let me know if you continue to see it.
