Context menu-based unit test run configuration creation

Add the ability to create a new unit test run configuration by right-clicking on a test method or class name within the editor or nodes in the Project view (test class files, the classes or src directories, or the module itself).

Really funny that you just bumped this one! I was looking for it as I have a shelved changelist for this right now. I'll include it in the next release.

Hi. I've been scrubbing old issues and ran across this one (which is VERY old indeed!). I just opened the structure view and right-clicked on both a test class and on a test method, and I was able to create context configs both ways:

I think this should be good to go.
