CSS Completion Fails Occasionally in Webstorm

It happens intermittently, and I will include a log the next time that it does, but basically sometimes IC/Webstorm will stop being able to autocomplete CSS in Lightning Components.
This manifests itself by both not automatically presenting items for autocomplete and ctrl-space yields a 'No Suggestions' response.
Replication is difficult because I don't yet know what causes it to enter this state, but when it does, just try to enter 'slds' into a class="" statement and witness that no prompt is given and ctrl-space yields no response

idea.logusing Help>Show Log in Explorer/Finder/Files and attaching it here (or emailing it to me if it contain more sensitive information)? Hopefully that will contain details that will lead to a quick resolution. Thanks!
