Call Hierarchy doesn't appear to find all usages

I'm not entirely sure of all the scenarios, but one that I see is a failure to find usages in triggers. An example is shown in the attached image. Call Hierarchy fails to show the trigger usage of the utils class's updateShiftStatus method, whereas the "find usages" shows the trigger usage.

Scott, as an FYI, knowing that the call hierarchy presentation doesn't show all usages makes this feature unreliable and therefore far less valuable than it should be. Any chance of a relatively quick turn-around on this since I frequently use this feature, or will I have to revert to the sluggish repeated "find usages" approach?
