Saving salesforce connections

It would be nice to be able to save salesforce org connections for easier and quicker setup in future. Should save at least name, URL and type of org.

This should be out in the next few days. It actually ended up driving a pretty significant set of enhancements to IC config altogether in order to support connections shared across projects in a maintainable fashion.
