Updated documentation to include TeamCity information

 * Project Name: This should match the name of the project you want to monitor. Leave it blank to monitor all projects for the URL.
-* Project URL: The URL to the XML for the build server. For CruiseControl.NET, it ends in /XmlStatusReport.aspx. For Jenkins, Traffic Light uses it's CruiseControl.NEt compatible output at /cc.xml
